Return and refund policy

Strict No Return & No Refund Policy: As a premium healthcare brand, maintaining the highest hygiene and quality standards is our top priority. Therefore, we have a strict "No Return and No Refund" policy. Once an order is successfully placed and dispatched, it cannot be returned or cancelled.

Exception: In the rare event that you receive a physically damaged product in transit, you must contact us at contact@sstc.co.in within 24 hours of delivery. A continuous, un-cut unboxing video is mandatory to process any replacement claims. Without an unboxing video, no claims will be entertained.
